I, Jorun Nymo, am responsible for processing the personal information collected through this website and landing page.
I take your privacy seriously. This statement explains what personal information I collect, why I collect it, and how I handle it when you sign up to receive a free crochet or knitting pattern and occasional emails from me.

1. What information I collect

When you fill out the form on my landing page, I collect:

  • Email address

  • First name (optional)

2. How the information is used

Your information is used to:

  • Send you knitting and crochet patterns (PDFs)

  • Send you emails with updates about new patterns, inspiration, and tips a few times per year

I don’t send frequent emails, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.

3. Legal basis (consent)

By submitting the form, you give your consent for me to store your information and send you emails as described above.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing via the link at the bottom of my emails.

4. Who has access to your information

I do not share your information with anyone else.
I use MailerLite as my data processor to store email lists and send emails.
MailerLite is GDPR-compliant and stores data within the EU/EEA or on servers with a valid data transfer agreement.

5. Data retention

Your information is kept as long as you wish to remain on my mailing list.
If you unsubscribe, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

6. Bruk av analyse og sporing

I use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use my landing page and to improve the content.
Google Analytics collects anonymous data such as which pages are visited and for how long.
No personal information (like names or email addresses) is stored in this process, and IP addresses are anonymized so individuals cannot be identified.

Data may be processed by Google on servers outside the EEA but is transferred in accordance with current GDPR regulations and standard data protection agreements.
You can opt out of Google Analytics by changing your browser settings or using Google’s opt-out tool.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data I hold about you

  • Correct or delete your data

  • Withdraw your consent

  • File a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) if you believe your data is being processed unlawfully
