The Midlife Collective is a new social club for women in their 40s–70s who are ready to enjoy life, make new friends and create meaningful memories.
We are a warm, welcoming space where you can meet like-minded women in a friendly and relaxed environment.

No pressures. No cliques. Just real women, real conversation, shared laughter and new connections.

Hi, I’m Sara.

Like many women in midlife, I reached a point where I felt invisible, a bit lost, and life seemed flat. Then menopause arrived, and I didn’t quite recognise myself anymore.

I knew I couldn’t be the only one feeling this way. What I craved was connection, real chats and honest conversations with women who truly got it.

So, The Midlife Collective was born.
It’s a place where we can be seen, heard and supported. Somewhere to share stories, lift each other up, and enjoy life together - one coffee, dinner, or new experience at a time.
