Each session is 60 minutes, and we meet once a week via Zoom.

Not at all! This coaching is suitable for beginners and those with experience in mindfulness. I’ll guide you through everything you need to know and for 3 months I am your mentor.

If you feel overwhelmed, stressed, or like you’re constantly struggling to balance work, family, and personal time, this program is designed to help you.

Ashleigh Halpin

Owner of Imperium Mindfulness

Ashleigh has been on her own journey of self discovery for around 13 years and has evolved personally and professionally throughout these years.

She has been a mindfulness coach for over 7 years and first learned mindfulness practice with a Sri Lankan monk as a student before becoming a qualified teacher, training in London across 3 years before taking on her own mindfulness coaching business.

Ashleigh specialises in helping overwhelmed mums and corporate professionals be the best version of themselves.
