Over the course of three days, I would love to support you in developing the mindset and habits needed to put yourself on your own priority list.

How it will work:

  • Each morning I will send you an email with a quick and effective step that you can easily integrate into your childcare routine, along with a mindset intention to support you throughout your day.

  • If you wish, you are welcome to share your progress in our Motherhood Matters Moments WhatsApp group, where I can offer further support with any challenges you may encounter along the way.

It's time to prioritise giving yourself the same care and support as you are giving to everyone else. You deserve it, too.

I'm a mum of two and a psychotherapist. I'm passionate about supporting mums in their transition into motherhood - it's the steepest learning curve you'll ever go on, but with the right support, I believe it can also be the most rewarding and magical one.
