  • Who are we?

    OfExperiences is a personal development platform that enables professionals to navigate through various transitional phases in their life and career.


  • What is a Fellowship Program?

    As a participant, your seat in the program will be sponsored by our partners (individuals and organisations) that are keen to enable the professionals we cater to. Each of our sponsored programs only onboard quality participants after an extensive application process and is called a ‘Fellowship Program’.


  • How do you define the ‘completion’ of a program?

    A participant will receive a completion certificate upon -

    • Attending a minimum of 85% of all the live sessions conducted (your attendance will be visible to you through the program)
    • Submitting all their assignments on time

  • What happens if a candidate is unable to complete a program after being onboarded?

    If due to exigent circumstances, you are unable to complete your program and provide notice of the same, you will be provided ‘OfExperiences Credits’ that will allow you to sign up and participate in one of our future cohorts.


  • What happens if a candidate misses a session?

    All our live sessions are recorded and will be available to the participants 24 hours after the session. However, since this is a cohort-based program that benefits from group participation, we request that you try not to miss the sessions.


  • How do I set up my 1:1 guidance session?

    As part of the program, you will be assigned a coach with whom you will have your 1:1 and group guidance sessions. For the 1:1 sessions, you can connect with your coach directly and choose a mutually convenient time for your sessions. If after scheduling your session you need to cancel the session, you will have to provide the coach with a 24-hour notice. Such cancellations are only allowed 2 times, post which the session will be considered completed.


  • What will I get out of the program?

    While there are a few tangible outcomes like a revamped resume and potential opportunities, the real merit of the program is in the intangibles -

    • Clarity on how to navigate this transitional phase and figure out your next steps with the help of an executive coach
    • Confidence to get back in the game and ask for what you’re worth through multiple sessions and interactions with experts and peers
    • Access to a well knit community and network of industry leaders and quality professionals that you can leverage throughout your career
