Where mindfulness, movement, and magic meet!
The Springs mindful quest is a safe and supportive space where kids can explore mindfulness in fun, engaging, and age-appropriate ways. Through movement, breathing, creativity, and group sharing, kids learn practical tools to calm their minds, manage stress, and build confidence.

Mindfulness gives them healthy ways to:

What to Expect Each Session:
Each session combines gentle movement, breathwork, creativity, and group sharing in a fun, supportive way. Kids build a ‘Mindful Quest Toolbox’ they can use in everyday life.
