Meet Becah

NASM-Certified Personal Trainer; Progressing Contemporary Technique Certified Teacher; NASM-Women's Fitness Specialist, Revelation Wellness Group Fitness Instructor, Barre Class Teacher, Worship Dance Leader & All-In Worship Dance Founder

Between becoming an Attorney and later working in a management position in a financial institution for over 7 years, Becah made a life-changing decision to pursue her passion in the health and wellness arena! Her heart is to empower women to steward their physical and spiritual health by making dance and fitness a fun, strength building and fulfilling worship experience.

It was such an extraordinary journey to dance with Becah and other sisters! I personally got closer to God during the classes; we Praised and Worshiped through our movements. I love Becah's design because she also does some exercises to build up your muscles and strengthen your body! As a beginner in adult dance, her class suits people with different levels. If you're looking for a place to worship Jesus through dance with other believers, this is the class to join. You don't need to know how to dance, all you need is your love for Jesus. Hebecah is a great instructor and worshiper of Christ who engages us in different activities such as embodying the scripture through dance, meditating on God's word, etc. These activities have thought me more about God's love for me and how to embrace his love.An insightful read that challenges you to think differently about your capabilities and provides a clear path to improvement.
