MY STORY

Three years ago, I was stuck in a hormonal mess. I was on edge all the time, unable to switch off, my skin was breaking out in acne, and my middle section was expanding. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and had to undergo a major surgery. My years of training and experience as an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist were of no use to me as I had many Gynaecological problems. I started looking for holistic naturopathic solutions. I enrolled on a structured course with the College Of Naturopathic Medicine.

Implementing what I learnt changed my life. The type 2 diabetes was reversed and I reached my ideal body weight effortlessly, the mirror became my friend and I found that I could focus and concentrate. I changed my trajectory from a hospital doctor to a holistic health coach and have helped many women live healthier and more fulfilled lives in their perimenopause/menopause years.

I am also an NLP and timeline resourcing practitioner. I use EFT, mindfulness and meditation in my coaching practise.
