Q: I don't have time. How long are the practices?

A: 10-15 minutes per week. Most techniques take under 3 minutes once you learn them. You have time - you just haven't prioritised your nervous system yet.

Q: What if I fall behind?

Q: I've tried everything. Why will this work?
