Our unique program is designed to help children relax using the power of their breath and the soothing influence of sound.

Make bedtime smoother, more peaceful for the whole household through gentle breathing techniques and the nine dimensions of sound expertly crafted to support you and your family at bedtimes..... and beyond! 

These practices encourage relaxation, reduce anxiety, and create a sense of emotional balance—helping your child transition into a restful night’s sleep.

What you can expect:

  • 2 x 15-minute calming Zoom sessions delivered to your inbox each week

  • Sessions will be held each Sunday and Thursday at the time for the relevant age group.

    5 to 10yr old zoom will be 19:30 to 19:45  11 to 17yr old zoom will be 21:00 to 21:15


  • Sessions are for the whole family to participate 

  • Programme total cost = £44

Over the next 5 weeks you’ll learn simple techniques that’ll fit into your evening routine to build a peaceful bedtime ritual.
