1: What kind of maintenance is included?

Each visit includes a visual inspection, caulking of vulnerable areas, removal of minor debris, and update on status of roof — all at no cost to you.

2: How often do you come out?

As a general rule:

  • Roofs under 7 years - 1 visit/year

  • Roofs 7 years or older - 2 visits/year

3: What’s the catch? Why is this free?

No catch — I do this to build long-term relationships. When your roof eventually needs repairs or replacement, I hope to be the first, second and third call you make.

4: Am I locked into anything by signing up?

Not at all. You can pause or cancel your participation in the program anytime — no pressure, no contracts.

5. What happens if you find damage during a visit?

I’ll show you photos of damage and explain your options. If repairs are needed, I’ll give you a quote — but there’s no obligation to proceed.

6. Is this the same as a roof inspection?

Not quite. This is a maintenance checkup — it’s quicker, less formal, and meant to catch common wear before it becomes serious. For insurance or real estate transactions, I can provide a full inspection separately.

7. Do you contact me or do I need to remember?

The visits are on auto-pilot — you’ll get an email reminder 1 month out. I'll reach out with a call or text a day or two before to confirm I can come by.

8. Can I refer others to the program?

Please do! Referrals are a big reason I've created this program.
