‘Overlooked’- something or someone that has not been given proper attention, has been ignored, or has gone unnoticed.
'overLOOKed' is organised and curated by artist Lynda Knott, in collaboration with the Canal & River Trust.
Eight invited artists have created artwork inspired by the Sharpness dock and adjacent canal and River Severn to celebrate the overlooked beauty and interest of this environment.
The intention is for visitors to be inspired and intrigued by the artworks and encouraged to LOOK again at the area and the subjects, thoughts and ideas that have inspired the artists.
