Are you a Coach who also works therapeutically?
Are you a Counsellor or Psychotherapist who also works as a coach?
Is it time to find a new community for your professional practice where your joint approach is fully accepted and appreciated?
I am excited to announce a new group, starting in January 2025, to support coaches and therapists who work in both fields.
I’m Tracey Hartshorn, Coach, Psychotherapist, Supervisor, Author and Founder of “The Blended Approach” for Therapeutic Coaching.
I recognise that when you work in both fields it can often feel like you don’t fit in either. The professional bodies are separate and, whilst joint practice is recognised, it’s still not understood as a pluralistic approach.
If you work in both fields, the separation of the approaches can get in the way of the work. When you bring your approach together in a congruent process it enables you to be:
“… present with your client and respond to their needs in the moment with whatever is most beneficial and aligned with your client’s needs”
If those words resonate with you and you would like to learn how to blend your practice more effectively this is the group for you.
Using the structure of The Blended Approach, group members will support each other to build a practice that is congruent with each members’ unique skills, experiences and interests.
The group will commence on the 10th of January 2025 with dates scheduled monthly.
Membership will be limited to 8 participants.
The group will be closed to new members for the duration of its work together.
At the end of the programme, participants will have the opportunity to continue as a closed group for a further 6 months, to join a new cohort starting in June 2025, or to join a supervision* group facilitated by Tracey.
