While the heart and content of the Companion remain the same, this edition shifts the timing and focus to reflect the seasons of the Southern Hemisphere. it’s an invitation to connect more deeply with your natural rhythms, colours, textures, and creative energy.

Each month's Companion offers:

• A short reflective piece that introduces that month's theme

• Some lovely, seasonal quotes

• Around 10 creative invitations, open ended and designed for playful exploration

• A selection of journaling prompts

• A page for making your own notes, if you want to

There are 12 in total, so it runs for a year from when you sign up, plus a welcome edition to get you started.

There are 2 options. The first is 12 monthly payments of £5. The second is a one off payment of £55, saving £5, which means one free month.
