Facilitators

Nicole Bartlett started breathing for transformation in 2017 while taking full ownership of the business she helped build in 2015, the Louisville Salt Cave. She is a Reiki Master and her daily meditation practice keeps her grounded in times of change. Nicole brings a deep sacred offering to facilitating and calls her practice Breath of the Wild, illustrating reverence and divine play.

Mandy Jolley has been practicing yoga for ten years and completed her 200-hour teaching certification in 2019. She honors this sacred practice that we borrow from the Indian culture and has deep gratitude for what it has done for her life. She has continued her yoga education with a trauma-informed certification and believes that yoga should be free of barriers and accessible to all. She is also a certified Life Coach and finds joy in authentically connecting to others through conversations with depth and truth.

I loved my time at the Sol Integration - Yoga and Breathwork Retreat. It was many things - welcoming, introspective, instructional, healing and kind. Mandy and Nicole are delightful hosts and teachers, and were so helpful with their own, unique approaches to helping others in their life journeys. I came away with renewed purpose and strength to move forward with some simple, but much needed, life tweaks. Also have to mention how wonderful the retreat center at Valaterra was; an incredible space that provided ample room and luxurious spaces both indoors and outside. Lastly, sharing with all of the lovely ladies on the retreat was an invaluable experience.

An amazing experience! Mandy & Nicole provided a very welcoming, calm, and open space. This was my first time doing breath work and I was a bit nervous, but I’m so glad I joined! The support they provided made me feel so comfortable. Hoping to do at least one more half day retreat.
