Here I am, Nina Noorali, with more than 20 years of experience as a well-being trainer, specialised in mind management, empowerment, yoga, Ayurveda and breathwork.
The past 7 years, I have deepened my knowledge of Ayurveda and eye health, which allowed me to get rid of reading glasses at the age of 50!
Managing perimenopausal symptoms with naturopathy and Ayurveda, I now want to share & support other women as they go through the rollercoaster ride of hormonal imbalance.

I loved that we learned soooo many things on (peri)menopause and that in some cultures, it's just a passage and not seen as negative. I understood that my symptoms were common and that with some changes in my habits, I can live normally. Most importantly, I loved the mindset exercises, the self-care I deserve and discovering eye yoga!
