Here I am, Nina Noorali, with more than 20 years of experience as a well-being trainer, specialised in mind management, empowerment, yoga, Ayurveda and breathwork.
Having conquered my own perimenopausal challenges -including ditching reading glasses at 50 through eye yoga - I’m a passionate advocate for women's health and menopause educator with practical insights and tools.

I loved that we learned soooo many things on (peri)menopause and that in some cultures, it's just a passage and not seen as negative. I understood that my symptoms were common and that with some changes in my habits, I can live normally. Most importantly, I loved the mindset exercises, the self-care I deserve and discovering eye yoga!

I really liked the blend of background info from different traditions to explain menopause, and to allow a shift of perspective into acceptance and appreciation. The eye yoga & hormonal yoga was also really nice as was the guided visualisation at the end. That was lovely!
