Terms and Conditions for Phone Photography Workshops Giveaway

1. Eligibility:

  • The giveaway is open only to individuals aged 18 and over.

  • Employees of Phone Photography Workshops/Eilidh Robertson Photography, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter:

  • Participants must complete all of the following actions to enter:

    1. Like the giveaway post on Instagram or Facebook.

    2. Share the giveaway post on their own Instagram or Facebook account.

    3. Tag a friend in the comments section of the giveaway post.

    4. Sign up to the Phone Photography Workshops mailing list using the form above

      Book onto one of our Autumn workshops by 11.59pm on 24th July to receive 10 additional entries into the giveaway.

3. Entry Period:

  • The giveaway begins on 17th July 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM on 24th July.

4. Prize:

  • The winner will receive a BRAND NEW iPhone 14 128gb worth £699

  • The prize cannot be exchanged for a cash value.

5. Winner Selection:

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

  • The winner will be announced on our social media pages (Instagram and Facebook) at 9am on Thursday 25th July 2024.

  • The winner will also receive an email notification from Eilidh Robertson.

6. Claiming the Prize:

  • The winner must respond to the notification email within 7 days to claim their prize.

  • If the winner does not respond within the specified time frame, another winner will be selected.

7. General Conditions:

  • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  • Phone Photography Workshops reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions.

  • Phone Photography Workshops reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond our reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway as determined by us in our sole discretion.

  • Any personal information collected in connection with the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and in accordance with our privacy policy. Details will not be shared with any third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability:

  • Phone Photography Workshops is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical errors, or unauthorized human intervention in the giveaway.

  • By entering, participants release and hold harmless Phone Photography Workshops from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or the use of any prize won.

10. Governing Law:

  • The giveaway and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland.
