Andi and Jaycee are very knowledgeable in their respective topics and really expressed their passion in sharing their work making the class very enjoyable and valuable. I loved learning about all of the topics, I really can’t just pick one favourite as they really do all tie together nicely. This was a wonderful introduction to the topic of mental health and plants! The sessions took a very integrated approach, combining science, wisdom, tradition, and practicality. Focusing on specific plants and body systems each session was a great way to learn without feeling overwhelmed. I always left each session with new things to try and ideas for exploring further. Plus, Andi and Jaycee are lovely people to learn from and I really enjoyed their passion for sharing their knowledge!

I learned so much about how to tune into my body and figure out what it’s asking for for support. MEET YOUR HOSTS
ANDI ROSE is a single mama living on the wild BC Coast. She is the founder of SMOKE & FORAGE, an herbalist and community educator with over a decade of experience. She offers personalized consultations and small batch remedies made with love. She weaves mycelium, nervous system regulation and trauma informed care into our 6 week journey together.
JAYCEE CLARKSON lives near big mountains and wild rivers in the Interior of BC with her partner and new puppy. She is the creator of UNFURL WELLNESS, an herbalist, and birth attendant. She teaches simple remedy making workshops, practices Ayurvedic Lymphatic Drainage Massage, and holds birth circles in her community. In the 6 weeks together she helps us to remember the power of the plants growing right outside our door and teachings from the Wise Woman Tradition.
