This was a wonderful introduction to the topic of mental health and plants! The sessions took a very integrated approach, combining science, wisdom, tradition, and practicality. Focusing on specific plants and body systems each session was a great way to learn without feeling overwhelmed. I always left each session with new things to try and ideas for exploring further.
