Hi! I'm Elīna Eihmane - author and illustrator of Dragonfly Morning poetry book. It's an outdoors book and it's a mothering book I wrote on weekly mountain walks in Taiwan while overwhelmed by motherhood that felt like a loss of identity. But it was all there - I was there in these profoundly beautiful moments of connection in nature both alone and with my son, in the brief experiences we had that were pure delight and starlight.
Another special thing about Dragonfly Morning is she has two illustrators: watercolor paintings from my series J and Dodo's Adventures and delicate line drawings by Bridget Irving.
