Poured Sisterhood is the heart of SAJ Pours. A faith-rooted women’s community where healing meets sisterhood.

Born from my own journey through grief, anxiety, and spiritual rebuilding, this space exists to pour into women the way God poured into me.

Through weekly virtual prayer circles, group journaling sessions, and hands-on self-care workshops, we create room for real conversations, deep reflection, and sacred rest.

Here, you don’t have to have it all together. You just have to show up.
