No additional personal data (such as name, location, IP address beyond what is technically required, or usage tracking) is intentionally collected by us.

Your email address is processed exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Inviting you to beta tests and playtests

  • Sending updates related to playtesting phases

  • Notifying you when the game releases

  • Sending occasional development-related announcements directly connected to the game

We do not use your email address for unrelated marketing purposes.

The legal basis for processing your personal data is your explicit consent in accordance with
Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

You provide this consent by actively signing up to the newsletter and confirming your subscription (double opt-in).

5. Email Service Provider (Processor)

We use MailerLite as our email service provider.

MailerLite processes your email address on our behalf and only according to our instructions.

MailerLite may process data outside the European Union. In such cases, appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

6. Double Opt-In and Proof of Consent

To ensure lawful processing, we use a double opt-in procedure:

  • After signing up, you will receive a confirmation email

  • Your subscription is activated only after you confirm it

MailerLite stores information necessary to document your consent (e.g. time and date of confirmation).

Your email address is stored only as long as you remain subscribed.

You may withdraw your consent at any time. Upon unsubscribing, your email address will be deleted from our mailing list.
