Sending updates related to playtesting phases

Sending occasional development-related announcements directly connected to the game

You provide this consent by actively signing up to the newsletter and confirming your subscription (double opt-in).
5. Email Service Provider (Processor)
We use MailerLite as our email service provider.
MailerLite processes your email address on our behalf and only according to our instructions.
MailerLite may process data outside the European Union. In such cases, appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
