Starting April 23rd, I invite you to join a supportive online community for a 10-day challenge: 9 minutes of yoga and 1 minute of stillness starting at 7AM MDT each day. Together, we’ll build consistency, explore mindfulness, and even sprinkle in a few leadership insights along the way.
This isn’t about perfection – it’s about showing up for yourself and growing together. Whether you're just starting out or you’re an experienced yogini like me (who also needs accountability!), this challenge is for you. Let’s see where 10 intentional minutes a day can take us.

Step Into You: A day of horses, yoga, and gestalt
In partnership with Brenda Westwood at Horse Sense Healing, we'll harness our bodies for our healing journey. We'll start the day with an opening circle and yoga. After lunch, the arena will be open for participants to experience equine gestalt therapy.

Anaconda Yoga Festival
Three days of yoga, nature walks, music, and great food in the lovely town of Anaconda, MT during early Fall. Marissa will teach "Stand and Deliver" a class on building a good foundation for standing poses, and "Caturanga Cha Cha" a rigorous class breaking down the caturanga flow for function and safety.
