I'm Monique- a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner,

a mom, and someone who believes mental health deserves to be understood, not rushed.

I've spent over 16 years in healthcare, walking alongside people in hard seasons,

and I've learned that healing often starts with being seen and heard, not fixed.
