How does the program work?
The program runs over six weeks with one 90-minute live session with Dr. Adrienne via Zoom each week. Each session includes interactive lessons, guided practices, and a chance to connect with other participants in a supportive, confidential group setting. You’ll learn practical skills that you can apply in your daily life to manage stress and reactivity more effectively.
How is the group structured?
Each cohort is kept small to ensure a personalized, intimate experience. This allows for open discussions, meaningful connections, confidentiality and skills building. Participants often find the group aspect one of the most rewarding parts of the program, as it provides a supportive community of like-minded individuals.
