Announcements

Today, we welcome our members and friends to our Easter Sabbath Worship Experience. Our very own, Dr. Carlton P. Byrd, will be our speaker, and we extend a special welcome to gospel recording artist, Lamar Campbell, who will share his music ministry with us today. We know that the Lord has a special blessing in store for us as we remember His supreme sacrifice and great salvation!

Our Easter Television Special, “We’ve Got Evidence,” will air tomorrow, Easter Sunday, April 20th, on NBC Television affiliates across the United States. “We’ve Got Evidence” will be shown on Channel 5, KXAS, at 11 AM here in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. This Easter Special, which was recorded last Spring, will feature our own Lead Pastor and Southwest Region Conference President, Dr. Carlton P. Byrd; gospel award winning artists, Tamela Mann and Myron Butler; and renowned violinist, Jaime Jorge. This year the special is being aired for the first time on NBC Television. Broadcast times across cities in the United States are published on the following website, wevegotevidence.com.

Next Sabbath, April 26th, “The Dallas Project” will host the Prison Ministry Event, “Am I My Brother’s Keeper – Restoration, Reentry and Relationship.” Our special guest speaker will be Pastor Anthony Lewis, and our special musical guests will be the Texas Southern University Choir. You will not want to miss this powerful worship experience! We cordially invite our members and those with incarcerated family members to join us for this Worship Experience which will begin at 11 AM. Additionally, there will be afternoon workshops at 3:30 PM featuring multiple presenters. Please plan to be in attendance, and kindly invite your family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers to join us.

Our 2025 Southwest Region Conference Camp Meeting will take place June 11-14 at Lone Star Camp in Athens, TX! Our special guest speakers will include Dr. Abraham Jules, Dr. Gina Spivey Brown, Pastor Taurus Montgomery, and Pastor Claudia Allen. Our special musical guests will include gospel recording artists, Fred Hammond, LeAndria Johnson, Myron Butler, Gale Jones Murphy, Stephen Manders & Decree, and the Southwest Region Conference Mass Choir.
