Our TDP Fall Revival is just seven days away as Opening Night for ‘Fall Revival 2025” is next Saturday night! “Fall Revival 2025” will be held November 15-22, 2025 here at TDP! Revival services will be held each evening for one week except Monday and Thursday evenings. Our speaker will be our own, Dr. Carlton P. Byrd, and our special musical guests will include Amber Bullock, Season Four Winner of BET’s “Sunday’s Best,” the Project Unity Choir, and our own, Dallas Project Mass Choir. Please save these dates, plan to be in attendance, invite and bring other people with you, and begin praying for a mighty move of God!

As we prepare for the upcoming Revival, we are asking all TDP members to join us for period of fasting and prayer for the Holy Spirit to move in a mighty way. From 12:00 pm until 6:00 pm on Wednesday, November 12th all members are asked to participate in a fast that is personal to you in one or more areas: food (i.e. meat, sugar, soft drinks) TV, social media, shopping, sports, criticizing/ complaining. The period of your Fast is an opportunity to draw closer to the Lord in prayer, witnessing, and outreach as you invite your co-workers, neighbors, and friends to the “Fall Revival 2025”.

Immediately following the service today, we will have our “church-wide” Tract Attack outreach for Fall Revival 2025. We will distribute Revival flyers, pray for community needs, and solicit interested persons for Bible-studies. We’re asking every “able-bodied” member to participate with us. We will meet down front in the sanctuary immediately following our Worship Experience and the Soul Winning Collaborative will provide flyers and territories. We will work for one hour only. If you are unable to join the Tract Attack today, please be sure to secure flyers and distribute to at least five of your neighbors today and next Sabbath afternoon. We will have a TDP Game Night sponsored by Youth Ministries tonight beginning at 7:00 pm. TDP Game Night will be held at the Southern Behavioral Healthcare Clinic, located at 4215 Gannon Lane, Dallas, TX 75237. There will be fun and fellowship for all ages! Please bring your board games and let’s have fun!

The TDP Community Services Team is requesting food basket donations to support the TDP 2025 Fall Revival and the annual Thanksgiving Holiday Food Basket Giveaway. Members are asked to participate by donating non-perishable food items including canned vegetables, boxed pasta, macaroni and cheese, ramen noodles, instant rice and mashed potatoes, pinto beans, cornbread mix, alfredo sauce, spaghetti sauce, tuna, crackers, dinner rolls, sliced bread, cookies/chips, and juice powdered mix. Please note that food baskets should feed a family of five. The printed list is available on various tables in the foyer. Rehearsals for our annual “Celebrate the Messiah” Community Mass Choir have begun and will continue Sabbath afternoon, November 8th, at 2:00 pm (immediately following the Worship Experience) here at TDP. This year’s Community Mass Choir will include “The Dallas Project” Mass Choir, TDP Church Members, the South Dallas Concert Choir, and others from our Metroplex Community. Our guest directress will be Dr. Alfrelynn Roberts, and our program coordinator is Myrna Beckett Burnside. Sopranos, Altos, Tenors, and Basses are needed. This year’s Messiah presentation promises to be spiritually epic! The “Celebrate the Messiah” holiday presentation will be Sabbath, December 20th, here at TDP.

Student sponsors are needed to contribute $100.00 monthly to provide Christian Education for students facing financial challenges at Southwest Christian Academy. If you would like to sponsor a child monthly or make a monetary contribution to support a student in need, please contact Dr. Violet Dean. Every 1st and 3rd Sabbaths of the month, we have Children’s Church here at “The Dallas Project” for children ages three to ten in the Music Room.
