Our Partnership Philosophy

ReflectHer exists to provide safe, Christ-centered spaces where women can engage in honest reflection, healing, and formation without pressure, performance, or politicized faith.

Because trust is central to this work, partnership is guided by the following principles:

  • Alignment over exposure
We value shared values more than reach or reputation.

  • Formation before function
ReflectHer prioritizes inner work before outward action or productivity.

  • Clarity with boundaries
All partnerships are clearly defined to protect integrity, authority, and emotional safety.

  • Shared stewardship
Partners support the mission without directing or reshaping it.

  • Reverence for women’s stories
What is shared in ReflectHer spaces is treated with confidentiality and care.

Partnership should feel grounded, mutual, and respectful—never transactional.

Who We Partner With

We seek partnerships with people and organizations who understand the depth and responsibility of this work.

Community & Hosting Partners

Organizations that provide space, access, or support for ReflectHer gatherings, including:

  • Churches and faith-based communities (non-political, relationally oriented)

  • Retreat centers

  • Women-focused nonprofits

  • Private homes with enough space to host a minimum of 20 (Must show proof of insurance and provide evidence of a secure environment.)

  • Community spaces aligned with formation and healing

These partners support ReflectHer experiences while honoring ReflectHer’s leadership, content, and facilitation.

Facilitators & Guides

Individuals interested in supporting or facilitating ReflectHer gatherings who:

  • Demonstrate emotional maturity and spiritual depth

  • Are able to hold space with care and discretion

  • Align with ReflectHer’s theology, tone, and trust-centered approach

  • Are willing to engage in orientation, training, and accountability

Facilitators are entrusted with people, not programs.

Resource & Skill Partners

Organizations or individuals who provide practical tools or services that support women after clarity has been gained, such as:

Creative, digital, or launch support-Digital and launch partners provide practical support for women bringing ideas, messages, or offerings into the public space. This may include websites, publishing support, digital platforms, or communication tools.

Infrastructure that helps women bring their work into the world-Infrastructure partners provide the behind-the-scenes systems that help women sustain what they are building. This includes tools, processes, and support structures that allow work to grow steadily and responsibly.

Skill-based services aligned with purpose and calling-Skill-based service partners offer specialized expertise—such as strategy, organization, education, or facilitation—aligned with a woman’s discerned purpose and calling. Their role is to strengthen what has already been clarified, not define it.

Therapists

Therapists offer clinical mental health services for women who require deeper or ongoing therapeutic support. These partnerships ensure women have access to appropriate care when reflective or group work surfaces needs best addressed in a therapeutic setting.

Therapists operate independently and within their professional scope of practice.

Pastors

Pastors provide spiritual oversight, biblical grounding, and pastoral care rooted in relationship with Christ. They support women seeking spiritual guidance, prayer, or discernment while honoring the distinction between pastoral care and counseling or therapy.

ReflectHer partners with pastors who approach faith relationally, not politically or performatively.

Coaches

Coaches support women in translating clarity into action. Through goal-setting, accountability, and skill development, coaches help women move forward with intention once purpose, patterns, or direction have been discerned.

Coaching focuses on forward movement—not emotional processing or treatment.

Who ReflectHer Is Not a Fit For

To maintain clarity and trust, ReflectHer does not partner with:

  • Politically driven organizations or movements

  • Groups seeking branding, promotion, or audience access

  • Influencer-based or platform-first initiatives

  • Programs that bypass emotional or spiritual formation

This work requires patience, humility, and care.

ReflectHer partnerships are built slowly, intentionally, and with trust.
If you feel drawn to this work, we invite you to reach out—not to expand something, but to steward it well.
