Is this workshop only about weight loss?

No. While we will discuss why weight loss can stall, the deeper focus is on nervous system regulation, stress physiology, and metabolic support. Many women find this information helpful for energy, sleep, and overall well-being.

Do I need to have a lot of knowledge about the nervous system to attend?

Not at all. This workshop is designed to be clear, practical, and easy to understand, even if this is new territory for you.

Will there be a replay?

A limited-time replay will be available for registered participants.

Who is this best suited for?

This workshop is especially helpful for high-functioning women who feel stuck despite doing many of the right things and who suspect stress and nervous system dysregulation may be playing a role.

What if I cannot attend live?

Register anyway. If a replay is offered, you will receive access after the workshop. Live attendance is encouraged so you can fully engage and ask questions.

Trisha is a registered nurse, holistic weight loss coach, somatic healing practitioner, and nervous system focused coach who helps women regulate their bodies, restore their energy, and create lasting change.

With over 25 years in healthcare and years of experience in integrative and nervous system-based work, she bridges clinical insight with whole-person healing.

Her work focuses on helping high-capacity women move out of survival mode and into a state where true healing and sustainable transformation can occur.
