A little about me.

Hi, I'm Sarah

I’m 53, still in perimenopause, and I’m fitter, stronger and leaner than I’ve ever been in my life.

At 48 it was a different story!

Perimenopause hit and seemingly from nowhere I gained 5 kilos - and worse, my usual weight loss strategies stopped working!

I felt like I was living in someone else’s body and for almost a year:
