Hi and welcome! If you've found this page and you're still on the fence as to whether or not you should download the RESTED BEGINNINGS WORKSHOP, that's fair. I'd be sceptical too. But, you're here for a reason. I'm being presumptuous perhaps, but I'd imagine you're tired. Exhausted, and struggling perhaps.
I've been there. Twofold. Having twins has been the single best thing that's ever happened to me. But, having said that, it was so so hard at the beginning. I wasn't myself. I didn't have a clue what I was doing from day to day. I didn't have a clue what I was doing at night. Night's were the absolute worst.
