19-21 June, 2025, Lennik, Belgium
Busyness has become a badge of honor — yet it often leaves us depleted, overstimulated and disconnected from what matters most. Many of us move from one obligation to the next, running on autopilot, rarely stopping long enough to feel where we actually are.
An invitation to pause and step off the treadmill. Not to fix yourself or become “better,” but to slow down and rest in your own experience.
This might be for you if…
A gentle return to yourself might be closer than you think.

The retreat is hosted at Het Verblijf, a beautiful oasis of peace and nature located only a few kilometers from Brussels. Housed in an authentic three-sided farm that has stood in the rolling Pajottenland landscape for more than 200 years, the location offers an ideal respite from busy life.
Standard accommodation is a cozy shared room with two single beds and private bathroom. Linens and towels are provided.
We love cooking and eating! Participants will be treated to delicious, homemade vegetarian meals. Coffee, tea, and water will be available throughout the day. Please mention in your registration if you have any specific dietary requirements.

No previous experience is needed. The retreat is open to all levels, and the movement sessions are gentle and restorative. The focus is on relaxation and awareness rather than physical intensity, and you’re always encouraged to listen to your body and move at your own pace.
There may be moments of quiet during certain practices or parts of the day, but this is not a strict silent retreat. Silence is offered as an option, never a rule.
You are always free to rest when you need to. This retreat is not about pushing yourself, but about learning to listen to your body and respond with care.
Meals will be homemade, nourishing and vegetarian, shared in a relaxed communal setting.
Please let us know about any allergies or dietary needs when registering, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Comfortable clothing for movement and relaxation, and appropriate layers for time outdoors depending on the weather. You may also want to bring anything that helps you feel at ease, such as a journal. All yoga props and practice materials will be provided on site.
