WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?

- Time poor riders who want a simple solution focused on addressing their bodies in order to make lasting change that will keep them riding well for life and without hurting their horse.

- Riders interested in riding pain-free for the long-term.

- Riders who care about the impact they have on their horse when riding.

- Riders who care about improving their riding and the effectiveness when in the saddle.

- Riders who want to learn the basics about their body and how they can use it to their benefit.

- Riders who want to refresh or update their existing knowledge about their own body.

WHO IS THIS COURSE NOT FOR?

- For any rider who doesn’t care about and/or want to improve their riding.

- For any rider who doesn’t want to know how to be more effective when in the saddle.

- For any rider who isn’t interested in prioritising the wellbeing of their horse.

- For any rider who isn’t thinking beyond today. I.e. isn’t interested in riding as well as possible for as long as possible.

THIS COURSE IS FOR YOU IF:

- I am beginning to feel aches and pains in my body when in the saddle or after I’ve ridden. I want to understand why and what I can do to change it.

- I’m worried I’m hurting my horse - I want to learn more about my body so I have more awareness when in the saddle.

- My riding isn’t progressing but I don’t know why - it’s getting me frustrated because I know there’s an issue but my teacher can’t help.

- I don’t have much time - I need a solution that is easy to implement, won’t take hours of my time, will be easy to stick to and in time will bring me long-term, lasting changes.
