Rick Martin and Edna Caouette bring both professional expertise and real-life experience to this workshop.
Rick is a Marriage Counselor, and Edna is a Woman's Life Journey Companion. Together, they have guided hundreds of couples to stronger relationships.

After meeting at a personal growth workshop, and later working together as co-facilitators at many other programs and workshops they faced their relationship challenges. Relational Life Therapy transformed their partnership. Now, 10 years later, they live the principles they teach every day.
For almost two decades Rick has led and co-led workshops and retreats with Edna joining him almost 9 years ago. They don't just teach theory - they share real solutions that saved their relationship.
Every tool and practice they offer comes from their journey to building a healthy, happy, and passionate partnership.
Rick Martin
Is a seasoned couples and marriage counselor with over 20 years of experience helping couples in crisis or seeking to improve their relationships. He leverages his diverse relationship experience to support and empower couples, creating a safe and supportive environment in which they can explore and address their challenges.
As a Relational Life Therapist, Rick specializes exclusively in marriage counselling, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help couples navigate their unique challenges. His approach is tailored to the individual needs, goals, and preferences of each couple, focusing on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening emotional and physical connections.
Committed to providing effective and affordable support, Rick offers online counselling services across Canada from his office in Red Deer, Alberta. His mission is to empower couples through personalized therapy sessions, guiding them toward happier, healthier, and more fulfilling relationships.
Edna Caouette
Is a compassionate guide dedicated to helping women navigate life's transitions and rediscover their authentic selves.
Drawing from her own transformative journey, she offers empathetic support to those facing challenges such as career shifts, relationship changes, and personal growth.
With a rich background that includes hosting women's Red Tent Circles for over a decade, Edna has cultivated a nurturing, judgment-free space for sharing, healing, and growth. Her approach is deeply rooted in spirituality and artistic expression, reflecting her belief in the power of creativity and self-exploration as tools for healing.
Through Heartistry, Edna provides personalized guidance tailored to each individual's unique path.
Her mission is to empower women to reconnect with their true selves, find clarity, and embark on fulfilling, meaningful journeys.
