Cancellation Terms
Our cancellation terms aim to find a balance of risk for you and for us and to bring clarity of where each of us stands in the event that you or we have to cancel. As we get closer to the event our financial liability as organisers increases with regard to things like venue charges and travel.
If we have to cancel due to ill health and we cannot find a replacement facilitator we will make an offer of a full refund of the workshop fee or a place at a future event.
If you cancel 1 month or more before the event you will receive a refund of monies paid less a £100 cancellation fee.
If you cancel 2 weeks to 1 month before the event you will receive a refund of monies paid if, we, or you can find someone to fill your space, less a £100 admnin fee. If no replacement person can be found we are unable to offer a refund.
If you cancel less than 2 weeks from the event there is no refund.
If you have to cancel due to illness you will be offered a transfer to a future event with an admin fee of £100.
