Dr. Guthrie Mitchell is an executive coach and organizational psychologist dedicated to helping leaders grow with clarity, resilience, and purpose. A Board Certified Coach (BCC) with a doctorate in psychology, he partners with executives to enhance performance, strengthen emotional intelligence, and lead with authenticity.
Drawing from his background as a Navy Officer, his doctoral training in psychology, and his experience designing and facilitating large organizational leadership development programs, Guthrie combines evidence-based insight with practical leadership experience. His coaching approach is grounded, data-informed, and focused on creating meaningful behavioral change that lasts.
As a husband and father, Guthrie brings a balanced and human-centered perspective to his work - helping leaders achieve success that is both high-performing and personally fulfilling.
