Dr. Guthrie Mitchell is an organizational consultant, Board Certified Coach, and former Navy Officer with a doctorate in psychology. He works at the intersection of leadership assessment, executive coaching, and leadership development — partnering with executives and senior leaders to strengthen how they think, lead, and perform at moments of transition, complexity, and high-stakes decision-making.
His approach integrates structured assessment, Hogan methodology, and behavioral observation with developmental coaching that translates insight into lasting behavior change. He has designed and led large-scale leadership development programs, executive coaching initiatives, and assessment-anchored selection processes across military and public-sector organizations.
As a husband and father, Guthrie brings a human-centered perspective to his work — helping leaders build careers and lives that are both high-performing and deeply fulfilling.
