Dr. Guthrie "Mitch" Mitchell, Jr. is an Organizational Psychologist with a blend of experience in psychology, Navy leadership, and learning & development (L&D), dedicated to helping individuals and teams reach their full potential. He specializes in translating evidence-based practices into impactful training programs focused on emotional intelligence, mental skills training, and leadership development - all designed to foster resilience and high performance.

With a background as a Naval Officer and a doctorate in psychology, Guthrie brings a grounded, results-focused approach to creating meaningful organizational change. As a lifelong athlete, veteran with training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), he integrates mental skills training to enhance both personal and professional performance. His mission is to develop leaders and teams who excel with empathy, resilience, and clarity - driving success that is as fulfilling as it is impactful.
