Dr. Guthrie Mitchell is an organizational consultant, Board Certified Coach, and former Navy Officer with a doctorate in psychology who works at the intersection of leadership assessment, executive coaching, and leadership development. He partners with executives and senior leaders to strengthen how they think, lead, and perform — particularly at moments of transition, increased complexity, and high-stakes decision-making.
Guthrie's work is grounded in psychology and informed by real operational experience. His approach integrates structured assessment, behavioral observation, and Hogan methodology with developmental coaching that translates insight into lasting behavior change. He has designed and led large-scale leadership development programs, executive coaching initiatives, and assessment-anchored selection processes across military and public-sector organizations.
