I'd say pretty much EVERYONE in our culture has their own stuff around sexuality, which makes it a fascinating area of exploration and growth. In this workshop me and my colleague Jahan Khamsehzadeh, Ph.D., dive into two of the most taboo subjects - sex and psychedelics.

Sexual energy can be an extremely powerful ally in our personal evolution; as we learn to tap into it, it can help us move through our psychic and energetic blocks and expand into the fullness of our power and pleasure. It can also show us how deeply interconnected with are to others, and to all of life, opening us into mystical states of communion.

Psychedelics are another doorway to expanded states, and can often catalyze sexual awakening experiences, as they did for me.

Inside this workshop we begin with a meditation and a discussion around shame when it comes to sex. We share about our own journeys around our sexuality as well as the cosmic, archetypal aspects of sexual energy and we also speak to the professional realm and how to best manage sexual energy in psychedelic spaces.
