Signals2Noise is a collaboration between 13 community radios hosted by Cashmere Radio and Easterndaze, and is the first large-scale physical gathering of community radio in continental Europe.
The two-stage project facilitates networking, knowledge creation, sharing and collaborative creative production to celebrate the spirit of the medium.
