I take a hands-on approach to matching families with the right caregivers—I personally interview all of our au pairs and nannies and speak directly with each family to ensure we find the perfect fit!

What checks are completed on the candidates?

All candidates are interviewed by Tuuli, and have to supply proof of right to work, references and criminal background check. You will access a comprehensive profile for each candidate upon introduction.

Can au pairs care for infants?

Traditional au pairs can provide an extra pair of hands to a busy parent but are not qualified to care for an under 2 year old without parental presence. If sole care is required - we recommend nanny level care.

Do you place European Au Pairs/ Nannies?

Did you know that 95% of EU applicants do not have the legal working rights. We place European candidates as well but the pool of EU nationalities is more limited due to Brexit changes.

I've found my own candidate but worry about the lack of checks - can you check?

We most certainly can. We offer vetting only packages for families who prefer to recruit their own candidate but who prefer their chosen au pair / nanny to go through our vetting process and checks.

What agency fee do you charge?

No registration cost. Au Pair Placement fee is £1490+VAT and for qualified childcarers - our fee is £1790+VAT. Discounts apply for shorter term placements. Download our free info pack for a full overview of everything you ought to consider when hosting a live in childcarer.
