This is for you if you want to Reset, you’re eating habits and support every system of your body, feel great in your skin and balance hormones with a Registered Nutritional therapist and Health Coach specialising in Female Hormone Health. 

What is the cost of this programme?

£57 for 1 person.

Can I join with a friend? 

Yes absolutely - the more the merrier! 2 for the price of £79.

Do I get any 1:1 support from you?

No 1:1 support is included during the 7 days. There is a private WhatsApp group with direct access to Caroline where you can ask questions and get support with anything you are stuck on during the 7 days. As well as connect with the other participants on the programme for support and motivation. If you feel you need extra support this can be arranged at an additional cost. 

Are supplements included in this programme?

No. Supplements are not included in this programme as each person is different and requires an individual approach to supplements.

What happens after the programme finishes? 

There will be opportunities to join the Reset, and you will also be invited to work with Caroline @ Caroline Davison Nutrition should you wish to continue with support for bespoke health goals.
