What is mobility? and how does it differ to flexibility?
In short, flexibility is about how far you can stretch, while mobility is about how well you can move through a range of motion with strength and control.
What will I need?
A broomstick or a pole ( I know...It might sound odd, but it’s really helpful for releasing fascia).
Sometimes we do some exercises against the wall, so access to a clear wall is great but not vital.
A chair will also come in handy.
