Of course not, this is flexible! no one is ever pressured to tell a story. Listeners are always welcome and we value anyone who shows up to listen.
But we hope you share a story if you want to, no prep work required!
Most people come unprepared, and just spontaneously share a story from their life in the moment.
We do have some prompts ready to help spark your memories, so do not worry about not having an idea!
