Hi, I’m Tom Munson—a father of four (soon to be five), a football coach, and Head of Technical Service Operations at Our Future Health.

Over the last 20+ years, I’ve built and led high-performing teams across technical service, SaaS, and operational strategy. I believe managers should lead with authenticity, empathy, and direct communication; and that candid conversations built on good intent are the foundation of great leadership.
