Born in England to Irish and Welsh parents, Jacqueline Corcoran brings a unique blend of European charm and American wanderlust to her writing.

After living across the United States, she now calls the D.C. suburbs home, with her husband, two children, and a rescue chihuahua. Her romance novel, A Surrealist Affair, was sparked by a "big birthday" trip to Paris with her family, where her 75-year old mother was the hero of what became the pickpocket subplot.

In A Surrealist Affair, Jacqueline wove in her own doctoral student experiences and a love of art with romance. When she’s not crafting romance, Jacqueline writes as Jacque Rosman, penning the popular Academic Mom Mysteries, with Murder in Georgetown and Murder Off U Street to start with three more in the series to come!
