I'm the guy behind Swanson Finance, where I break down accounting and finance insights in a way that actualy makes sense.
I'm deeply passionate about the trades. I noticed that while I use high-level frameworks in my corporate role, many Home Service and Construction operators lack the same frameworks in their business. I break down topics like job costing, cash flow management, tech & software optimization, labor and frameworks that set you up for success.
I also a big beliver in "learning by doing" so I often use lessons from my own projects like renovating my own house to show real world examples, kind of like a live case study.
Outside of the newsletter, you can find me outside cutting grass, exercising & lifting weights or working on the various personal projects I have going on.
My goal with this is to share my expertise through my experiences helping owners & operators along the way.
