Over 5 weeks, participants will engage in virtual sessions, personalized document reviews, and interactive Q&A sessions, ensuring that each individual receives valuable insights and tailored support for their unique circumstances. Week 1: Understanding EB-1A Requirements and Initial Document Collection
Session Topics: Deep dive into USCIS EB-1A requirements, understanding eligibility criteria, and mapping them to individual achievements. Introduction to core documents required (evidence of awards, published work, press, etc.)
Activities: Document checklist review, personalized checklist creation, and collection of initial evidence. Participants will also receive guidance on how to format and organize supporting documentation effectively
Week 2: Building a Strong Case - Highlighting Extraordinary Ability
