Absolutely not. This is a coaching clinic, not a workout. The focus is entirely on safe technique for foundational movements (squats, lunges, plank) to ensure injury prevention and optimal posture and core strength. You can participate fully or simply observe—it is designed to be educational and safe for all fitness levels.

Our Breathwork Coach specialises in creating a safe, accessible, and simple introduction to nervous system regulation. This session is not about complex techniques; it's about learning fundamental, gentle breathing patterns that you can immediately use to manage hot flashes, anxiety, or stress. We ensure everyone is comfortable, and you'll only be asked to participate at your own pace. You will walk away with an instant, drug-free tool for better calm and sleep—no experience necessary!

Booking Terms and Conditions – Midlife Momentum Workshop

By reserving your place at the Midlife Momentum Workshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

Your place is confirmed upon full payment of the $67 ticket fee via the provided booking system.

Bookings are non-transferable without prior written approval from the event organisers.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations by you: If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible.

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refund minus the $2 booking fee.

Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee. This fee covers administrative and preparation costs already incurred. No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable.

Cancellations by us: If the event is cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., facilitator illness or venue issues), you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future session.

3. Health & Participation

This event is educational in nature and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

All information provided is general and should be discussed with your personal healthcare provider before making changes to your health or treatment plans.

This is a confidential and supportive environment. No photography or recording is permitted by attendees during the session.

This is a respectful, inclusive, and safe space. All participants are expected to engage with kindness, confidentiality, and respect.

The organisers reserve the right to ask any participant to leave the event if their behaviour is disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate, without refund.
