I'm a Clinical Exercise Physiologist® and Exercise Habit Coach who helps women in Menopause build consistent movement habits without shame, pressure, or perfectionism.

Program Details:
When: May 26 - June 30, 2026
Time: Tuesdays from 12:00 - 1:00 PM (Mountain Time)
Where: Virtual Sessions held via Google Meet
What to Expect:
Weekly Group Sessions (60 minutes per week): Connect and share with up to 3 other women
Individual Reflection (~5 to 10 minutes per week): Journaling prompts between sessions will set you up for success by shifting your exercise mindset
Exercise Habit Experiments (~5 to 10 minutes per week): Apply your new knowledge and skills to build exercise habits that fit into your life!
What you need: You will need a device (computer or smartphone) with an internet connection to join each virtual session! I also recommend a pen and paper, and your favorite coffee or tea.
What's the cost? This is a beta program where participants will provide feedback to help shape the program. Each participant will receive $1200 Value for $350 CAD! Save $850!.
