My first stand-up comedy performance addresses the topic of complex trauma. I had to work through a lot of fear and perfectionism to get out there and use my creative voice on a topic that is so vulnerable and close to my heart. This was a step on my own journey that I share as an example of the growth that can happen when we begin to shift our fear energy and embrace imperfection.
