Looking for answers?
We noticed at many networking events that connections often remain superficial. We longed for the deep, authentic gatherings we knew from our roots—especially the family dinners in Sicily, where people come together and share food.
Inspired by the Italian tradition of the Tavolata, we wanted to recreate that sense of warmth, connection, and meaningful conversation.
Our mission is to create an exclusive community of ambitious, open-minded, and supportive individuals — a place where every participant can learn from others, support one another, and grow together.
La Tavolata was founded by Marina Ziblis and Claudio Santoro, who serve as your co-hosts for the Berlin events and select special editions around the world.
Events in Zurich, Munich, Frankfurt, and Hamburg are hosted by our local ambassadors, who share our passion for meaningful conversations and curated connections
At the moment, we host events in Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich, Hamburg and Zurich. The events take place every 6-8 weeks..
In each city, we have ambassadors who take care of the guest list. In general, you can apply via the sign-up form above and will automatically be placed on the waiting list. The ambassadors will notify you once you move up.

Please note that "La Tavolata" is an invite-only event designed to foster a welcoming and safe environment for all attendees. To ensure we can properly consider your application, it's important that you provide complete information about your background, your motivations for joining the dinner round, and any relevant details about what you do. Incomplete applications may not be considered for invitation.
We work closely with restaurants and confirm the number of guests in advance.
If someone doesn’t show up, we still have to cover the costs.
That’s why we can only offer refunds up to 7 days before the event. Thank you for understanding.
