By completing this purchase, you agree to the following:

• VOPUSA helps showcase your content on Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, Android TV, Mobile Apps, and our Website. We offer a unique opportunity, providing the infrastructure, exposure, and access to our worldwide audience, and promoting the network as a whole and our roster of creators. Individual growth depends on your own effort, investment in yourself, and the quality and engagement of your content. We recommend promoting your own show through advertising and personal efforts to maximize results. While we provide support and visibility, we do not guarantee audience size, engagement, or revenue.

• All fees, including channel setup, prepaid plans, additional services, and storage, are non-refundable.

• VOPUSA manages uploads and channels.

• Live stream slots must air as scheduled. If unavailable, you must upload a pre-recorded show or notify us. Missing more than two shows without notice may result in loss of your slot.

• You retain 100% ownership of your content.

  • Professional audio equipment and a channel cover thumbnail are required.

  • Optional creative services are available for a fee.

• Channels will not be built or activated until you sign the Content Creator Agreement and full Terms & Conditions, which will be emailed to you after purchase.

• Services are for individuals 18 years or older.

• VOPUSA is not responsible for revenue, audience size, content performance, or technical issues. You agree to indemnify and hold VOPUSA harmless from any claims related to your content or use of the platform.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania (and Ohio for future operations). Disputes will be handled in the courts of the applicable state.

• All add-on purchases are final and non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be issued once checkout is completed. Add-ons are fulfillment-based digital services that begin immediately upon purchase and are therefore non-returnable.

• Creative Services

  By purchasing creative services from Voice of the People USA Radio & Television Network's in house production team , you agree to the following:

  1. No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. Once a project is paid for, it cannot be canceled for a refund.

  2. Required Materials: Work on a project will not begin until the Client provides all requested materials (scripts, files, content, or creative direction) necessary to start the project.

  3. Work-for-Hire Agreement: The Client must review and sign a Work-for-Hire agreement before the project begins. No work will be started until this agreement is signed and all required materials are received.

  4. Acknowledgment: By completing the purchase, the Client confirms they understand and accept these terms.
