What makes us different

🐝 Cozy & Calm Vibe
We keep things small, intimate, and low-pressure. No boring PowerPoints or scary stories, just evidence-based info and real talk in a calm, welcoming space.

🐝 Inclusive & Judgment-Free
We honour all birth choices from unmedicated to belly births, hospital to home. There’s no “right way” to birth here, only your way.

🐝 Partners Welcome & Involved
We don’t leave partners guessing. They’ll walk away with practical tools, a deeper understanding of your needs, and real confidence to support you.

🐝 Taught by Experienced Doulas
Adele + Angela bring years of hands-on experience in Calgary’s birth world. We've seen it all and we’re here to help you feel empowered, not overwhelmed.

🐝 Beyond Birth
We don’t stop at delivery. You’ll learn what to expect in postpartum, baby care, feeding options, and how to transition into this new chapter feeling supported.

Our class welcomes every-body!

• First-time parents and seasoned pros
• Single parents, queer families, and chosen families
• Those birthing at home, in hospital, or at a birth center
• Families planning belly births or hoping for a VBAC
• Partners, co-parents, support people, and doulas-in-training
• Curious minds, nervous hearts, and big questions

We believe everyone deserves a safe, inclusive space to learn and prepare, with no judgment and lots of encouragement.
